SFG, dove “G” sta per girya, o kettlebell, è la certificazione di punta di StrongFirst. Mentre la forza è il fulcro della nostra scuola in generale, SFG persegue una più ampia “forma fisica estrema” e resilienza con la forza alla propria base. Come ogni certificazione di istruttore StrongFirst, kettlebell, bilanciere, bodyweight, SFG si regge perfettamente da sola, mentre tutte assieme si inseriscono perfettamente in un sistema.

SFG I StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor Certification

SFG—“G” for girya, or kettlebell—is StrongFirst’s flagship certification. While strength is the focus of our school at large, SFG pursues broader “extreme fitness” and resilience with strength at its foundation. Like every StrongFirst instructor certification—kettlebell, barbell, bodyweight—SFG strongly stands on its own—while all perfectly fit together into a system.
